Vonderlehr Tire Pros

Cannot say enough nice things about this place! We were heading out of town for the long weekend when, about an hour into our trip, we hit a massive pothole. Shortly afterward, our tire warning light came on. With 11 hours of driving still ahead of us, we were worried we might have a puncture and wanted to be safe. We tried several places around Richmond, but everywhere had a 2+ hour wait. We called here and explained our situation, they told us to come by and that they would work us in. From the moment we arrived, the experience was fantastic. They greeted us at the car, listened to our concerns, and immediately got to work. We also had our dog with us, and they were kind enough to let him wait inside the reception area with us. The shop had a comfortable waiting area, and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly. Thankfully, the issue turned out to be nothing serious. We simply needed some air in the tires. The timing between hitting the pothole and the tire pressure sensor coming on was just coincidental. Bottom line: Vonderlehr were friendly, efficient, accommodating, and gave us exactly the peace of mind we needed before continuing a long road trip. And on top of

I purchased new tires for my SUV from Vonderlehr last year and had a great experience. John was very helpful when providing tire recommendations, and the free rotations (with protection plan purchase) are always done correctly and efficiently. Plus, the store has lots of interesting automobile-related antiques to look at while waiting for your car services to be completed. Definitely recommend this place to any and everyone.

These people do an excellent job. Everyone is is always very polite and accommodating. They are fair priced, do great work, and efficient. They communicate to me what needs to be done, how much it will cost and when the work will be compete. I highly recommend if you need any break work or tire work. 10/10

I couldn’t have stumbled into a better place. After realizing I had a massive bubble in my tire this shop was one the closest so I headed over. Everyone from the front desk people to the mechanics were so kind and helpful. I have a very specific tire size and they did all they had to do to ensure they were able to fix my tire. 10/10 costumer service!!!

After getting our tires "rotated and balanced" at Costco before a long road trip down the East Coast, the front end of the car was shaking so badly that I had to search for tire shops on Google from I-95.  This place popped up and the reviews made them seem like hard-working, honest folk.  They answered my call immediately and said they could indeed move some appointments around to get us in right when we arrived in half an hour. True to their word, when we arrived they were able to see us after clearing out their existing customers. I watched Jon remove all 4 wheels and put them on the balancing machine.  The fourth tire in particular threw a bunch of red flags on the machine, so Jon took the tire off to see what was going on inside.  It turned out the EV tire's acoustic foam had detached on the inside and bunched up on one side, causing it to be ridiculously out of balance! Jon was able to strip out the foam, replace the tire on the wheel, balance it, and get us back on the road in under 2 hours from my initial call.  The car has been riding as smooth as butter ever since!  He did it for a very reasonable price as well, and all the staff I interacted with were kind, friendly, a
